CADI seeks to support the success of underrepresented and underserved graduate students and postdoctoral researchers at MIT to ensure that our campus has safe, inclusive, and supportive environments that encourage student success. This association is dedicated to both enriching student experiences in the MIT Chemistry Department and also assisting students to fully realize their potential in their academic and professional pursuits in chemistry. During the academic year CADI will:
- Provide a space for students to engage in meaningful conversation about the current state of our department and chemical sciences in general.
- Offer resources and guidance to help graduate students and postdoctoral researchers throughout their MIT experience.
- Sponsor professional development events that will expose students to connections with the greater community.
- Provide mentorship to students applying for the PhD Program in Chemistry at MIT.
